An Anglican understanding of Mission and Evangelism Signposts Series No 2

The ‘Signposts statement’ on the Anglican Way which formed the basis for work on Anglican identity at the 2008 Lambeth Conference, was produced by TEAC, the Anglican Communion Working Party on Theological Education. The ‘Signposts statement’ briefly describes the Anglican Way under four headings ‘Formed by Scripture’, ‘Shaped by Worship’, ‘Ordered for Communion’, ‘Directed by God’s mission’. In accordance with its role in relation to theological education, TEAC is now seeking to provide accessible resources to help a wide range of readers explore the Statement for themselves. This is the second booklet in the series, which sets out some markers for what it means when Anglicans are ‘Directed by God’s mission.’
